OUTFRNT is looking for a dynamic

Business Advisor & Coach

to join our small, collaborative team. In this role, you'll work directly with founders, business owners, and small teams to provide strategic guidance, business planning, and practical coaching. You will serve as a trusted partner helping clients navigate growth challenges, validate ideas, refine operations, and make confident decisions.

This is a client-facing position ideal for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is passionate about helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 business coaching and advisory sessions tailored to each client's goals and stage of growth Analyze business models, operations, financials, and market positioning to offer strategic insights Guide clients in developing and executing business plans, go-to-market strategies, and growth roadmaps Support clients with fundraising, pitch development, pricing models, financial forecasting, or operational workflows as needed Act as a sounding board and accountability partner through regular check-ins and progress reviews Collaborate with internal team members on client deliverables, insights, and process improvements Stay up to date on startup trends, small business tools, and industry best practices

Qualifications

Experience in business advisory, management consulting, coaching, or a related entrepreneurial role Strong knowledge of small business operations, startup ecosystems, and early-stage growth challenges Proven ability to assess business needs and deliver actionable, practical advice Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills Experience working directly with founders, startups, or SMB clients Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills Bonus: Background in finance, operations, product development, or marketing strategy
