You will be providing needs based holistic financial advice (e.g.: credit and wealth solutions; cash management services to support banking and deposit management) to our agriculture small business members.How youll be spending your time

• Providing holistic financial advice to our agriculture small business members
• Keeping up-to-date on industry trends to have proactive advice-based conversations fueled by a passion to improve the financial well-being of our business members
• Marketing yourself to build your book of business in the local community
• Making sure theres a healthy balance between opportunity and risk and between growth and profitability for Conexus

The experience you bring

• 3+ years of previous credit experience in a financial institution
• Proven relationship management skills
• Post-secondary education related to agriculture or business is an asset
• CSI Moodys Certificate in Commercial Credit (CICC) or willingness to obtain this designation
• Experience running a small business is an asset
