Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments tailored to meet each client's unique needs. Conduct thorough conversations to understand the clients' goals, health history, and any specific concerns. Provide professional recommendations on suitable treatments, products, and aftercare to optimize client satisfaction and results. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the clinic. Maintain detailed client records and update treatment plans accordingly. Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience for clients. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and products through continuous education and training. Demonstrate the ability to safely operate and maintain equipment within safety standards and policies. Work effectively both independently and in a team. Maintain client privacy and confidentiality throughout their journey.

Requirements:

Certification in Laser Therapy Proven experience in a luxury spa or high-end wellness facility, preferably with expertise in various laser and skin treatments. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for clients. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the benefits of different treatments. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Impeccable grooming and professional appearance. Passion for wellness, self-care, and helping others achieve their desired results.
