Costco Roadshow Team

. You'll be the face of Ellie Bianca inside Costco locations, introducing customers to our luxurious, science-backed, natural skincare products.

Duties

Engaging with Costco members and sharing the Ellie Bianca story Demonstrating product use and highlighting key benefits Encouraging product trials and driving interest that leads to sales Keeping the demo space clean, professional, and welcoming Conducting inventory checks and basic reporting

Note:

All purchases are made at Costco cash counters- your role is to educate, engage, and inspire purchase.

Skills

Ideal Candidates:

Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicators Passionate about skincare, wellness, and natural beauty Comfortable working independently and standing for long periods Experienced in customer service, retail, beauty, or promotional sales (an asset, not a must) Quick to adapt to different personalities and customer needs Organized and proactive with reliable transportation or access to ride-share options Comfortable with public speaking and product demonstrations Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in skincare or beauty consulting is preferred but not required.

Key Qualifications:

Strong sales and persuasion skills Ability to quickly build rapport with a diverse range of people Self-motivated and results-driven Experience in roadshows, trade shows, or in-store demos is a strong asset Passion for clean, natural beauty and healthy living

Shift Details (2-week roadshows per Costco location):

Monday-Friday:

9:00 AM - 8:30 PM (split between 2 team members)

Saturday-Sunday:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Shift times may vary slightly on the first and last day of each show as we set up and take down the booth*

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 80 per week
