We are looking to hire someone with experience installing hardscape products, such as concrete block, pavers, carpentry (fences/decks), and/or general construction experience.

(Please note - The majority of our work is on the North Shore.)

The right individual will enjoy the craft of building beautiful landscapes, a love of stone and a desire to be part of one of the best damn landscape companies in Vancouver!

We would expect you to know how to use various power tools (cutoff saw, circular saw, etc), understand the basics of how various landscape elements are installed, like pavers and blocks.

We want to keep and reward excellent employees, so we are incentivized to increase your hourly rate accordingly.

Starting wage is not fixed to $30-40/hr. It depends on experience, skills and enthusiasm for Landscape construction.

One of our employees hired earlier last year, started at $23/hr and went up to $25/hr by 2pm in the afternoon of day one. He showed some valuable experience and focused hard work. At three months, his wage increased to $28/hr because he had improved immensely and took on more responsibility and ownership of his work.

What we offer our employees:

Flexible time off for 'life', such as doctor appointments, banking, long weekends, etc. Health benefits ( start 3 months after first day); including $1000+ per year to use towards anything related to health, dental, eye care, massage, chiro, etc etc. All reimbursements are managed through an app and is easy and quick. Fair pay and raises - It's simple: We want to keep excellent employees, so we are incentivized to increase your hourly rate accordingly. If you do excellent work and cover all the basics, like showing up on time, having a positive attitude and consistently working hard and learning/improving, your pay will increase at the same rate.

What you will be doing while working with us:

Carpentry - Decks, Fences, Pergolas, Roof Structures, Concrete Forming. Masonry - Flagstone patios and walkways, Water Features, Boulder Placement and retaining walls, Retaining Walls, Stone Facing, Stair Risers. Hardscape - Pavers, Concrete Block Walls, 4x4 or 6x6 Retaining Walls, Poured Concrete Walls and Flatwork. Softscape - Installation of new gardens, modifying and improving existing gardens. We do not offer Landscape Maintenance at this time. Irrigation and landscape lighting installations. Water features, ponds, etc.
Your starting hourly wage will be determined based on experience, skill level, and enthusiasm. Raises are based on length of employment and increases in ability and responsibility.

The majority of our work is on the North Shore, North and West Vancouver. We also work in Vancouver, Burnaby, and beyond for special clients/projects.

*For any project outside of a 30-minute drive from North Vancouver, employees get paid for travel time.
