Skilled Tradesperson
Job Description
We are seeking full time employees to start immediately. An ideal candidate would have at least 5+ years of high level experience in construction or carpentry (everything from framing to trim). This individual should be eager to learn, have a drivers license and want to grow within our company. Pay will be based on skills and abilities with opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of high skill building experience
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Knowledge of building techniques
- Ability to work with other team members
- Passion for high- end projects
- Must own standard tools
Responsibilities:
- Skilled manual labour in construction and renovations
- Assisting Project Manager and other trades in completing projects
- Operate various hand and power tools to complete projects
- Complete tasks as per work schedule, communicating effectively with Project Manager
- Confidence working independently through deficiency lists and other assignments
- Other duties assigned including general clean up and ongoing monitoring and maintenance of sites
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$65.00 per hour
