Position Overview: *For Future Opportunities At Finning*

Finning is growing! We are setting up our Swift Current facility to support New Equipment prep on medium to compact CAT equipment and require permanent skilled technicians and labourers to help us be successful. Roles for this work will include:

• Leadhands (1 - 2 years supervisor experience)
• Interprovincial Journeyperson ( Heavy equipment, truck & transport)
• Apprentices (1st year - 4th year)
• Labourers
• Non-Certified Roles
• Semi-Skilled Roles
• Technician Helper Roles

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking ahead to future, to hire technicians, apprentices, and labourers to support this exciting work in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. These are full time permanent positions based on a 7x7 continuous shift rotations. These opportunities will be for our future postings.

Note: Successful candidates will be onboarded on a 5x2 Monday to Friday schedule and move to Continuous shift (7x7). Continuous shift attracts a $3.50 per hour shift premium.

Experience:

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
• Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft office is essential.
• Dedication to safety

Salary:

Industry leading potential total compensation plan - $47000 - $102000 / Year

Salary will be based on Skills and Experience (including shift premium and Short-Term Incentive Plan)
