About the role

We build and renovate clean, safe, affordable

apartments

across Niagara. You'll join a tight, accountable crew delivering quality carpentry on kitchens, baths, suites, and common areas--on time, on spec, and safely.

What you'll do

Frame interior partitions, bulkheads, knee/pony walls; back-framing as required Insulate/envelope wall systems to spec; hang and finish drywall Install subfloors; LVP/laminate/other flooring systems Set interior/exterior doors & hardware; install casing/baseboards/mouldings Install kitchen/bath cabinetry and range-hood/exhaust ducting Read and work from drawings/renderings; solve problems on site Collaborate with trades; maintain safe, clean sites; meet timelines
Must-haves

5+ years

residential construction/renovations

Own hand & battery tools

; confident using them day-to-day

Valid G license + reliable vehicle

; willing to travel across Niagara

Team player

with high accountability and time-management Working knowledge of

basic plumbing & basic electrical

(non-licensed tasks) Comfortable with

ladders/scaffolds/lifts

; good stamina and dexterity

Medium computer/app skills

(timekeeping, photo updates, checklists)
Nice-to-haves

Working at Heights & WHMIS (or willingness to obtain) Experience leading small crews or mentoring apprentices
