Pasquale's Classic Italian Restaurant Serving since 1977 is seeking Motivated chefs with A minimum of 3 years experience, Food Handlers Certificate, WHIMIS Training . High volume skilled needed as we are a busy restaurant able to work in small working space and able to work well with other team members. Able to handle prep and organization of kitchen . Able to be creative with specials and some soup making skills an asset. We close earlier then many restaurants so no more late night closing. Want to be part of a family instead of just being a number Pasquale's is the place for you. We offer many revenue sources like Catering, Take & Bake beside serving our 120 seat restaurant. We also make much of our homemade Italian food in house like Lasagna el Forno ,Canneloni di ricotta, and all our sauces and breads. come learn to cook classic Italian. we also offer profit sharing to all full time dedicated employees with excellent team skills. we also offer all year steady business not just summer months for job security all year long.
Responsibilities
• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food preparation meets quality standards.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
• Assist in menu planning and food service execution.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
