The Crypto Can Man Ltd is a Fully Integrated Building Sciences Crypto Mining Site Developer Contractor. We are seeking energetic, physically fit full-time Laborer\'s with carpentry and/or construction experience for a booming crypto mining construction industry for both immediate placements & upcoming projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level position for those seeking exposure to the construction industry for a future career in the trade. APPLICANTS THAT MEET THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY: \xc2\xb7 1 year or more of carpentry/construction experience \xc2\xb7 Punctual \xc2\xb7 Driver\'s license and reliable vehicle \xc2\xb7 Good communication, problem solving, and organizational skills \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of safety regulations for working at heights \xc2\xb7 Skilled Laborer Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Load and unload construction materials and move materials to/around work areas. \xc2\xb7 Assist tradespersons, carpenters & apprentices in construction activities. \xc2\xb7 Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance in other activities. \xc2\xb7 Tend site machines or equipment used in construction \xc2\xb7 Clean up construction debris and remove materials to refuse container. \xc2\xb7 Oil and grease construction mobile powered equipment as directed. \xc2\xb7 Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: \xc2\xb7 Experience as a general construction laborer \xc2\xb7 Construction task skills and knowledge would be an asset. \xc2\xb7 Communication skills, ability to speak, read, write and understand English required. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work as part of a team. \xc2\xb7 An understanding of OH&S and corporate safety policy and procedure \xc2\xb7 Experience with metal fabrication is an asset. MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: \xc2\xb7 Walk and work on uneven terrain \xc2\xb7 Comfortable with climbing ladders and working on heights \xc2\xb7 Move and carry construction materials and supplies that may weigh in excess of 30 kg \xc2\xb7 Hazards associated with the trade \xc2\xb7 Work outdoors in various elements \xc2\xb7 Have the stamina and physicality to work long days \xc2\xb7 Compensation is based on experience SAFETY \xc2\xb7 FLHAs, ToolBox Meetings \xc2\xb7 Must provide own PPE *Due to the volume of applications, we receive, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. * Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour Benefits:
