Labourer/skilled Labourer/carpentry Helper

Job Description
We are currently looking for a full-time Skilled Labourer/Carpentry Helper to join our growing construction/renovation company.Some of the duties would be (but not limited to):
- Perform physical tasks such as cleaning, removing debris, loading and unloading materials
- Assembling and disassembling temporary structures, digging trenches, compacting earth
- Assisting skilled craftspeople with their duties
- Variety of duties involving tool use, lifting, carrying and managing equipment and machinery to provide support and aid to the skilled craftspeople on-site
- Keep a clean and organized work area
- Other duties as assigned
- Be punctual
- Have a reliable means of transportation
- Have a working cell phone
- Have an Excellent Work Ethic
- Be motivated and proactive
- Have the ability to work without close supervision
- Full knowledge of construction materials, tools, machinery and processes
- Have excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow safety rules, policies, procedures and regulations
- Must have own basic hand tools
- 8 hour shift
We strive to keep everyone healthy and therefore require our employees to have their vaccinations up to date. There will be times when we need to wear masks in client's homes.Experience:
- carpentry: 1 year (preferred)
