We are currently seeking skilled and dependable Laborers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Be proficient with using handheld tools and equipment Assist with a diverse amount of jobs including culvert installs, rolling out geo, assisting underground crews. Assist with trench preparation, bedding, and backfilling Work closely with operators, laborers, and site supervisors to maintain safe, productive operations Maintain awareness of underground hazards and follow safe digging practices Perform manual labor duties such as shoveling, raking, and compacting as required Adhere to all COR and Manitoba Health & Safety Regulations

Required Qualifications

2+ years of labor work on construction sites is an asset Ability to work in confined or uneven workspaces and varying weather conditions Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in a fast-paced environment Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic, reliability, and

a positive, team-first attitude

Preferred Qualifications

First Aid, WHMIS, Confined Space, or other site safety certifications
