NOW HIRING - Skilled Laborer (Telecommunications Field)

We are seeking a motivated and dependable skilled laborer to join our team in the telecommunications field. This is a hands-on role involving physical labor and technical support for field operations.
Scope of Work Includes:
Operating a jetter for cable installation
Assisting with fibre optic pulling and blowing
Supporting splicing crews and preparing cable for splicing
Manual and mechanical trenching
Conduit installation and backfilling
General site preparation and cleanup
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with all aspects of telecom infrastructure work
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a safe and clean job site
Support field technicians with various tasks as required
Requirements:
Experience in telecommunications, construction, or civil work preferred
Physically capable of lifting, digging, and working outdoors
Valid driver's license (Class G2/G)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Safety certifications (CSTS, First Aid, Fall Protection) are an asset
