Food Packing machine operator Responsibilities

• Understanding and learning to work with our state-of-the-art packing and food lines
• Operating packing machinery
• Set up the line with appropriate line operating standards
• Set up and work with the production team for daily production
• Work with the Maintenance team to make sure equipment are in good and safe working condition
• Support and work with QA manager following BRC, HCCP and GMP standards
• Fulfill relief duties as required
• Ensure proper set up of production line equipment, following set up instructions
• Maintain a safe, organized, clean and sanitized work area
• Ensure equipment is properly cleaned ready for the next production shift
• Perform all other tasks and duties assigned by your supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in a food manufacturing/preparation environment is required
• Knowledge of Food Safety, GMP\'s, HAACP and other manufacturing policies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) a must
• Basic Math skills required the ability to speak, read and write in English
• Ability to follow directions of supervisor and follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and Safety rules and regulations
• Must have and maintain a strong attendance record
