at least 3 skilled ICF Carpenters
to join our team and help deliver top-quality homes across the Halifax area.
Position Overview:
The ICF Carpenter will be responsible for building
footings, insulating concrete forms (ICF), and foundation walls
for new residential homes. We are looking for motivated, safety-conscious carpenters with hands-on experience who want steady work and growth opportunities.
Job Summary:

ICF Carpenters

Responsibilities:
Construct footings and assemble
ICF blocks
according to plans and specifications
Ensure accurate measurements, level, and alignment of forms
Prepare and secure forms for concrete pouring
Work closely with site supervisors and other crew members to meet project timelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Requirements:
Proven experience in
ICF carpentry and residential foundation work
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Strong knowledge of concrete pouring, finishing, and footings preparation
Reliable, physically fit, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Team player with a strong safety focus
Safety certifications (WHMIS, Fall Arrest, First Aid) are an asset
Own transportation preferred
