Skilled General Labourer

About the Role

Reporting to the Site Superintendent or Lead Carpenter, the Skilled General Labourer plays a key role in supporting construction activities on-site. You'll be responsible for assisting tradespeople, maintaining site cleanliness, and ensuring materials and tools are ready for use.

Key Responsibilities

Load, unload, and transport construction materials to designated work areas Clear debris and maintain a clean and safe job site using shovels, wheelbarrows, and other equipment Prepare work areas for subtrades and assist with setup Operate hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) under supervision Support general site operations and perform other duties as assigned Uphold Paragon's culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous learning

What We're Looking For

Previous construction experience an asset Familiarity with construction tools and safety procedures Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Team-oriented mindset with good communication
