Paradise Dock and Lift, a trusted local company specializing in high-quality dock and lift systems, is looking for a Skilled Laborer to assist with packaging, production, and general shop duties at our Vernon location. We're seeking someone reliable, motivated, and ready to take pride in hands-on work that supports our production and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with packaging, assembly, and preparation of dock and lift components Support production and installation teams as needed Safely and effectively operate hand and power tools Load, unload, and organize materials and finished products Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Follow all safety procedures and directions from supervisors

Requirements:

Experience in general labour, construction, or production (required) Carpentry or mechanical aptitude (an asset) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required) Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors as needed Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude Works well as part of a team
