Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled earthworks laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in earthworks tasks and be proficient in using both hand and power tools. This role requires a hands-on approach to completing projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards. The Skilled Laborer will work collaboratively with other workers and contribute to the successful execution of construction projects.

Duties



Attend site daily at required start times Be prepared to work up to 12hrs per day Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. Understand earthworks and grading Engage in masonry work, including bricklaying and block laying as needed. Operate heavy equipment when required for specific tasks on-site. Provide support in construction estimating by measuring and assessing materials needed for projects. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of all assigned duties.

Experience


Candidates should possess experience or familiarity with the following skills:

Blueprint reading Hand tools Construction practices Power tools operation Heavy equipment operation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
