We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Skilled Labourer to join our team. Project locations range from Southeastern Manitoba to Winnipeg and the surrounding area. About the Opportunity:

As a Skilled Labourer, you will be an essential part of our construction team, helping to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Summary & Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with site preparation and clean-up Loading and unloading materials Operating construction tools and equipment Digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials Supporting skilled tradespeople as needed Following all safety protocols and procedures Miscellaneous framing, door and window installation Demolition and finish carpentry Maintaining a clean and organized work site

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 3 years construction or finish carpentry experience is required Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods Understand and interpret blueprints Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and take direction Good verbal and written communication skills Capable of working effectively both in a team and independently Strong attention to detail Valid driver's license (Class 5 or better) Skid steer experience preferred but not required Commitment to safety in the workplace
