Skilled Construction Labourer

Job Description
Mytec Industry Ltd is seeking a Skilled Labourer to be an essential part of our construction team. This position will be working with a multidisciplinary team and with other trades and services, primarily outdoors on Manitoba's streetlight electrical grid. The position reports to a crew supervisor and to the company owner.
Hours
- Monday to Friday, fulltime with overtime availablePay
- $17 - $23/hourJob Duties
:Loads and unloads materials and moves materials at work areas Cleans up scrap, disposes of surplus materials, and cleans equipment and tools Places traffic cones and pedestrian barriers Digging, lifting and carrying of materials up to 50lbs Assists in organizing stock and inventory Assists with site prep and clean up Uses construction tools and equipment Supporting skilled tradespeople as needed Participates and complies with all mandatory Mytec training Participates in creating a safe work environment and with the Mytec Safety program. Drive company vehicle
QUALIFICATIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Good physical condition Willing and able to do manual labour including lifting 50 lbs Willing to take instructions from a variety of personnel and work on a team Willing and able to take Mytec and COR required safety training May be required to work at heights May be required to drive vehicles Must have safety certified work boots
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
