Skilled Labourer - Exterior Foam Moulding (Residential Projects)

Greater Vancouver / Fraser Valley
$22-23/hr + $200/month gas allowance

We're looking for a reliable, hard-working labourer to join our small crew installing

exterior foam mouldings

on custom homes. These lightweight, cement-coated trims give homes a clean, finished look -- and you'll help make it happen.

You'll work alongside our lead installer on residential job sites across the Lower Mainland. If you've got some hands-on experience, know your way around tools, and are ready to build up your skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Assist with measuring, cutting, and installing foam mouldings Load/unload tools and materials at various job sites Erect and dismantle scaffolding (training provided) Mix adhesives, prep walls, and help with cement-based touch-ups Cut mouldings to size using hand and power tools Clean up work areas and dispose of debris Follow instructions, work safely, and collaborate with the crew

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or similar trade Comfortable using power tools and measuring accurately Driver's licence + reliable vehicle (we pay gas) Physically strong and comfortable working outdoors in all weather Can communicate clearly in English (spoken + written) Solid team player with attention to detail and safety Able to lift, climb ladders, and work at heights Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus:

Knowledge of mixing/stucco work or trim installation is a plus.
