Job Description

We are seeking experienced and motivated Carpenters to join our growing team. This role offers the chance to work on diverse residential and commercial construction projects in a supportive and safety-focused environment.

Pay & Benefits

$20.00 - $39.64 per hour (based on experience)

Monday to Friday schedule, occasional weekends as needed

Responsibilities

Perform carpentry tasks for residential and commercial projects, including framing, trim work, and finishing

Read and interpret blueprints and project plans

Measure, cut, and assemble materials to specifications

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience

Skilled in residential and/or commercial carpentry techniques, including framing

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

English language skills (bilingual is an asset)

The Ideal Candidate Is Someone Who:

Can independently complete full renovation projects (kitchen, bathroom, or basement) with assistance as needed

Has strong skills in framing, trim work, and finishing

Owns basic tools and has a reliable vehicle for transportation

Works efficiently, maintains attention to detail, and takes pride in quality workmanship

Is dependable, professional, and able to work both independently and with a small team

Work Location

In person - Ottawa, Perth, and Westport, Ontario
