Overview

We are seeking a skilled Skid Steer Snow Removal Operator to join our team. Applicants must have experience operating skid steers and possess an understanding of snow plowing techniques. This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, contributing to the safety and aesthetics of our properties.

Duties

Operate skid steer loaders equipped with snow plowing attachments to clear snow from parking lots, and walkways efficiently. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on skid steer equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Utilize and upload completion photos and interact/contribute with company software through cell phone Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and uphold high standards of quality.

Skills

experience operating skid steer loaders, especially for snow plowing operations. Mechanical knowledge to perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions and lift moderate loads as needed. This position offers an engaging outdoor work environment where safety, efficiency, and quality are prioritized. Candidates with a background in landscaping or construction who are familiar with snow removal operations are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:

Divers License, with a clean drivers abstract record for the last 2 years (no at fault accidents, or pull over tickets) Ability and willingness for night time and daytime scheduling References from previous employers where applicant operated machinery at
Additional Info

All applicants can also engage in sidewalk snow removal to increase their hours when machine operation is not required. Sidewalk snow removal will be paid at a reduced rate, management is willing to discuss this in person if an applicant is interested.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week
