Job Title: Skid Steer/ Loader Operator - Snow & Ice Management

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused

Skid Steer/ Loader Operator

to join our team. This role is responsible for providing professional snow and ice removal services on commercial, industrial, and retail properties under contract with our company. The ideal candidate is dependable, experienced in operating skid steers, and committed to maintaining safe and efficient winter operations.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Operate a skid steer equipped with snow pusher, bucket, or plow attachments Perform snow removal and de-icing on contracted commercial, industrial, and retail properties Respond promptly to snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections Maintain clean, safe, and accessible work areas at all times Communicate with dispatch and team members regarding job status and site conditions Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all properties are serviced thoroughly and on time. Maintain a strong focus on safety and property protection. Communicate proactively with management regarding any issues, delays, or concerns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience operating a skid steer (snow removal experience strongly preferred) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites Ability to work flexible, weather-dependent hours Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safe equipment operation Ability to work independently and efficiently Physically capable of working in cold, snowy weather for extended periods

Additional Information:

Previous snow and ice management experience Familiarity with commercial property service standards Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
This is a weather-dependent, on-call position that requires flexibility and availability during snow events.

Qualifications/requirements:

Valid "G" Driver's license

Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Heavy equipment experience
