Equipment You'll Operate
Skid Steer Loader
equipped with a
snow bucket
Operators will be responsible for
managing a snow route during every snow event of the season.
Duties include:
Plowing snow using a skid steer with a snow bucket.
Keeping properties accessible throughout storms.
Performing post-storm cleanup to Cedarwood's standards.
Safely operating and maintaining assigned equipment.
Filling out log sheets to track work completed.
Compensation
Hourly pay + seasonal retainers
available (to be discussed during in-person meetings).
Qualifications
Minimum
2-3 years' experience
plowing snow with a skid steer.
Ability to safely operate and maintain skid steer and attachments.
Must be
on-call throughout the season
(day & night availability).
Clean driver's abstract
required.
Reliable
transportation to and from work.
Ability to work
long shifts in challenging winter conditions.
