Cedarwood Contracting is seeking an experienced
skid steer operator
for the upcoming2025/26 snow removal season.

Skid Steer Loader
equipped with asnow bucket
Operators will be responsible for
managing a snow route during every snow event of the season.
Duties include:
Plowing snow using a skid steer with a snow bucket. Keeping properties accessible throughout storms. Performing post-storm cleanup to Cedarwood's standards. Safely operating and maintaining assigned equipment. Filling out log sheets to track work completed.
Compensation
Hourly pay + seasonal retainers
available (to be discussed during in-person meetings).Qualifications
Minimum
2-3 years' experience
plowing snow with a skid steer. Ability to safely operate and maintain skid steer and attachments. Must beon-call throughout the season
(day & night availability).Clean driver's abstract
required. Reliabletransportation to and from work.
Ability to worklong shifts in challenging winter conditions.
