Overview

We are seeking friendly and professional Hosts to join our team. In this role, you will be joining people on Hoildays in Whistler to show them (on skis/snowboards) around the mountain during the day. And potentially joining them for the Apres ski, dinner, & clubbing as well. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and has a positive attitude. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality environment where guest satisfaction is our top priority. You must also be an advanced Skier or Boarder with a passion for being out in the mountains. And finally, you must have a flexible schedule available during mountain operating hours.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and courteously Speak to Guests to determine their skill/ability level & goals for their ski/board day Have very good knowledge of both Whistler & BC mountains (lifts & runs) If requested & booked by Client- join the guests for Apres Ski in the afternoon and/or evening

Skills

Advanced confident skier/boarder who can ski/board with a variety of guest abilities (from intermediate cautious to fast experts) Ability to work in a fun environment while maintaining professionalism Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed on a part time flexible basis.

Pay: $17.85-$31.23 per hour
