Receptionist (maternity Leave)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Member Services team. In this front desk role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, handling inquiries and requests related to their electrical services and utility billing. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional service, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer inbound calls and respond to Member inquiries regarding utility billing Receive and process daily utility payments received Discuss energy contract options with Members and preparation of contracts Process and maintain Member contracts and records Order office supplies, cleaning supplies, and groceries Maintain detailed and accurate records of Member interactions and transactions

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or relevant certifications preferred Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus Enjoy working in a team environment Aptitude for conflict resolution Energetic, fast-learner Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excellent level of oral communication skills Utility billing knowledge is an asset but willing to train
