Ski & Snowboard Instructor - Level 1 (Winter 2025/2026)

Level 1 Certified Instructor (CSIA or CASI)

, you'll share your skills with guests of all ages--from first-timers to confident cruisers--helping them build confidence and have fun on the runs.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach ski or snowboard lessons to children and adults, in both group and private settings Provide a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment Participate in ongoing staff training and professional development Promote Nitehawk programs, lessons, and return visits through excellent guest service Serve as a positive ambassador for the hill and all resort programs

Qualifications:

CSIA or CASI Level 1 certification

(minimum requirement) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiastic, professional, and guest-focused attitude Able to work independently and as part of a team Additional language skills considered an asset

Details:

Part-time/full-time (daytime school groups), seasonal position ending

March 29, 2026

Flexible scheduling with opportunities for ski/ride breaks Competitive wage based on experience and certification level

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
