Under the supervision of the manager, the 3rd-4th key is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the store and excellent customer service. Supporting the management team, the 3rd - 4th key must therefore contribute and help to achieve the overall objectives and maintain the company's standards while motivating and developing a dynamic team. The contribution of the 3rd - 4th key is essential to ensure consistency in operations, monitoring performance and protection of the corporate culture

Essential tasks and responsibilities



Sales



. Supports the Manager and the Assistant in order to maximize sales, achieve and surpass the objectives to be reached.

. Offers exemplary customer service and meets its sales objectives successfully and consistently.

. Protects the shopping experience with consistency and influences the team's results through its customer service presence.

. Clearly communicates sales objectives and guides actions to achieve desired results.

. Involves the team by having a motivating speech and follow-up with the team.

. Demonstrates leadership and consistency

. Supports the Manager and the assistant in the analysis of the results.

Products



. Supports the management team in the execution of marketing and visual standards.

Ensuring that the overall presentation quality of the products is maintained.

. Constantly develops its technical knowledge of the products

Gets involved and trains teammates in product knowledge.

. Helps to plan the reception of merchandise and ensure a quick implementation of the visuals

. Ability to create enthusiasm and show passion for the product by communicating relevant fitness, fashion and product information to customers.

. Communicates regularly with the Manager on potential and actual product needs based on customer feedback or sales trends.

. Supports the management team in the execution of marketing and visual standards.

. Supports the Manager in recruiting and hiring

. Act as a role model at all times.

Operations



. Demonstrates the ability to track and ensure that all of the company's customer service standards are consistently applied.

. Maintain appropriate inventory controls, facilitate inventory transactions and mass counts

. Ensures price integrity and overall product pricing and reflects current markdowns and margins in accordance with company guidelines.

. Ensures that the store is well maintained, including; dusting, mop, windows and storage according to company housekeeping guidelines.

. Supports the Manager in the delegated tasks and performs them with vigilance

. Maintains operations and monitoring documents according to planned policies

. Completes daily planning and ensures discussions about performance and overall productivity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.50-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
