Job Description

The Key Holder is responsible for working in collaboration with the management team by providing outstanding customer service as per company standards, generating sales, merchandising and general upkeep of the store's cleanliness and appearance. In the absence of the Store Manager and the Assistant Manager, the Key Holder must have the ability to oversee all store operations including: opening and closing the store, providing sales and customer service leadership to employees and project the company's culture and image through both excellent customer service and strong visual presentation techniques.

Main responsibilities include

:

Actively participating in store walk throughs with the Store Manager and District leaders to ensure consistency in the quality of service, operation and visual execution; Ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service; Supporting the Store Manager in ensuring company standards are followed in accordance with the employee manual and creating a climate of trust and respect within the team; Performing related duties as directed by the Store Manager

Daily Cash Responsibilities



Process customers' transactions through our POS system Respond to any customer inquiries or concerns as they arise Participate and support an environment of genuine customer connection Maintain the cleanliness of our cashier stations and behind-the-counter areas Compliance with all company policies and operating procedures Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times Refer customers with medical needs to our medical membership program

ey Holder Responsibilities

:

Open and/or close the store following all outlined security procedures Access/put away till floats, assisting cashiers with opening and closing their tills Balance all tills, reporting details to management through outlined procedures Assist with cash drops throughout the day, double checking amounts to ensure accuracy Ensure that the break schedule is followed Maintain good communication with the Store Managers Ensure all cashiers are maintaining clean stations and following sanitation protocols Assist with inventory and intake of products, whenever asked

Qualifications:



Ability to stand for extended periods, and walk up/down stairs throughout the shift 2+ years of retail sales experience an asset A strong cannabis knowledge and a passion for working in the industry is an asset Friendly and outgoing team player with a positive attitude Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Experience with cash handling and POS systems

Ability to pass a criminal background check Available to work weekends and holidays

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
