We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Skate Sharpening and Pro Shop Team Members to join our StickFix team at Gerry McCrory Countryside Sports Complex. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced arena environment. Duties

Skate Sharpening utilizing our sharpening machines to maintain blades for optimal performance Inspecting and repairing blades, recommending maintenance and providing advice Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide knowledgeable information about products, promotions, and store policies. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in skate sharpening, retail sales and customer service is preferred but not required. Basic understanding of retail math to assist with transactions and inventory management. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting merchandise.
