We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Specialist to join our team. Duties



Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting issues. Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Engage in upselling opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending relevant products or services. Maintain a professional demeanor while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette during all interactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Operational & Site Support



Provide on-site assistance to residential communities during staff absences, high turnover periods, or special projects. Support leasing efforts by conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease documents. Assist with turnover and make-ready processes, including walk-throughs, vendor coordination, and progress tracking. Perform site visits and property inspections to ensure curb appeal, safety, and compliance with brand standards.

Resident Services



Assist in responding to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional and timely manner. Help distribute resident notices and communications, including move-in/move-out instructions and policy updates. Support community engagement initiatives and resident events, where applicable.

Maintenance Coordination



Log and track maintenance work orders in the property management system; follow up on open requests. Schedule and liaise with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work. Ensure vacant units are turned over efficiently and in accordance with quality standards.

Administrative Support



Maintain accurate records in property management systems (e.g., , Authentisign, Building Stack). Support the collection of rents, fees, and other charges when required. Assist with compiling operational reports, occupancy data, and compliance documentation.

Requirements



Proficiency in English is required; bilingual candidates are preferred. Strong background in customer service with a focus on sales or upselling techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Experience with data entry and the ability to analyze information for better service delivery. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role. 2+ years of experience in residential property management or related field. Familiarity with property management software is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to travel between properties with reliable transportation. Organized, dependable, and able to prioritize tasks independently. Basic knowledge of residential building operations, maintenance processes, and leasing practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
