Allied Universal is currently seeking an experienced

Site Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day security operations at a key client site in

Winnipeg

. This leadership role is responsible for managing a 500-hour-per-week schedule and ensuring all assigned staff maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and client service.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support on-site security personnel to ensure high performance and compliance with AUS standards Coordinate scheduling and shift coverage to ensure uninterrupted service Act as the primary liaison between frontline staff, AUS management, and client representatives Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members Enforce site-specific safety protocols and emergency response procedures Conduct incident investigations and complete detailed reports using

Heliaus Device

Monitor service quality and make improvements as needed Ensure smooth, effective daily operations and address any staffing or performance issues promptly

Requirements:

Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English, with strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills to produce clear and concise reports and understand rules, regulations, policies, and similar instructions. Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience, including

a minimum of 2 years of s

upervisory experience

, preferably in the retail security environment. Supervisor experience leading teams of 15-20 employees. Valid

MB Security Guard License.

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Experience using

Heliaus

or similar reporting/scheduling platforms Ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Must be at least 25 years of age. Valid

Manitoba Class 5F Driver's License

.
