Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations on the job site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project timelines and budgets. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore to track project progress and manage documentation. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to maintain quality control throughout the construction process. Assist in estimating project costs and managing budgets effectively. Train, mentor, and supervise construction staff, fostering a collaborative work environment. Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and professionally.

Skills

Proven experience in supervising construction projects with a strong understanding of construction processes. Proficiency in using construction management software, particularly ProCore. Strong skills in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics. Experience with budgeting and construction estimating practices. Knowledge of quality control measures within the construction industry. Familiarity with Bluebeam for document management and collaboration. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
