In order to continue delivering this level of customer service, Maric Homes is looking to add a Site Supervisor to their team.

The Site Supervisor will keep track of the timelines and changes on all projects in coordination with the Vice President, Construction to ensure homes are completed on time and to customers\' expectations. This role has direct impact on projects and customer relationships. This role is best suited to a candidate who has worked hands on in custom home construction or renovations and is looking to develop further into senior management within an innovative company.

As the Site Supervisor you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with the VP, Construction to schedule trades and customer home modifications.
  • Reviewing job sites daily/weekly to track progress and report any changes.
  • Ensuring all sites follow the most current safety requirements and permitting requirements.
  • Assist with Pre-Occupancy Inspections, creating a deficiency list for follow up.
  • Provide progress updates to senior management to resolve issues that come up.
  • Review service requests with the VP, Construction and attend service calls as needed.
You and Your Experience:
  • You have hands on experience working in the construction trade.
  • You are able to read blueprints, drawings, and building specifications.
  • You have excellent communications skills developed through experience in customer service.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit with an eye for detail.
  • You are an accountable leader that can successfully navigate change of all kinds.
  • You are first aid certified.
  • You may have a Red Seal in Carpentry, or a Construction Management degree/diploma, or related education, although it is not required.
  • You may have experience as a project manager in the construction industry,
  • although it is not required.
  • You may have experience working on custom homes or renovations, although
  • it is not necessary.
