Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, managing on-site teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications. Complete construction project tracking and reporting. Collaborate with project manager on trade progress and scheduling Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that work meets industry standards and project requirements. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution. Provide training and mentorship to on-site staff, fostering a productive work environment. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively. Maintain cleanliness of a construction site

Requirements

Proven experience in supervising construction projects with a strong understanding of construction processes. Proficiency in using construction management software is an asset. Strong skills in time management, quality control, and blueprint reading Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week
