The Site Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This position is responsible for ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. The Site Supervisor will coordinate activities among various teams, manage resources effectively, and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure project success. Candidate must have full knowledge of single family house.
Duties
Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.
Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project schedules using construction management software.
Review blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
Conduct regular inspections of work performed by subcontractors and team members to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Manage budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and ensuring that projects remain within financial constraints.
Utilize software tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for project management and documentation purposes.
Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety procedures.
Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Skills
Proven experience in supervising construction projects with a strong understanding of construction processes.
Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.
Strong skills in quality control, budgeting, blueprint reading, construction estimating, and schematics interpretation.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and conflict resolution.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
