Key Responsibilities
Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as required, such as changing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and minor repairs.
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules
Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents accurately
Leadership skills and ability to organize trades in a timely manner,
You are people oriented but also have the ability to stand your ground firmly.
Ensure assigned projects are completed according to the contract documents
Communicate service level expectations clearly to all staff.
Safeguard materials, tools, and equipment; supervise staff, including performance evaluation, discipline, attendance tracking, training, and development.
Monitor and manage property budgets, expenses, and resources effectively.
Available for weekend work as needed to address emergencies and perform scheduled maintenance.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a
Site Supervisor
or similar role.
Experience in property management, construction management, or a related field is an asset.
Hands-on experience with property maintenance and general repair tasks.
Knowledge of construction materials, methods and equipment
Strong knowledge of building systems and relevant regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle.
Availability to work 8 hours daily, with flexibility for weekends as required.
