Join us as we revolutionize the industry and make amazing workplaces accessible to more companies!About the OpportunityWe are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our Site Operations team in Toronto. This role will help increase our project throughput and ensure we deliver top results for our clients. The Site Operations team is vital to Clearspace, enabling us to scale and fulfill our mission. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential to become permanent. You will work on projects in downtown Toronto and throughout the GTA, reporting to our Director of Construction.About the Deliverables

  • Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to Clearspace standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and proper job site postings.
  • Serve as the primary contact for trades, subcontractors, building operations, and clients, fostering strong working relationships.
  • Conduct site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and provide guidance to improve efficiency and problem-solving.
  • Successfully pass on-site inspections with city inspectors, collaborating with our Project Administration teams.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to provide accurate site updates, document progress, and proactively resolve site challenges.
  • Use Procore and other construction management tools to keep projects organized, ensuring daily logs, check-ins, and reports are completed on time.
  • Collaborate with trades to find innovative ways to expedite the build process without compromising quality.
About You
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably in construction, interior design, or similar fields.
  • Experience in trades (carpentry, drywall, electrical, etc.) or as a Construction Coordinator in commercial interiors.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and familiarity with trade scopes of work and building codes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with trades, clients, and internal teams.
  • Experience with Procore or other construction management software is advantageous.
  • A proactive mindsetxe2x80x94someone who takes initiative and continuously seeks to improve site processes.
  • Owns a vehicle or has the ability to travel to sites (expenses reimbursable).
