Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly dedicated individual to join our construction team as a Site Supervisor for our Multi-Family projects. As the Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing construction or project sites, ensuring that operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project plans and specifications. Prior 5 years experience as a Site Supervisor in Construction in multifamily is a must. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to plans and specifications
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in construction management or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years as a site supervisor or similar role in the construction industry is a must
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Strong budgeting and cost control abilities
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and regulations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year Benefits:
