We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations on-sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with construction management software. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution and uphold safety and quality protocols.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities on multipole sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety regulations
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure efficient workflow
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to stay on schedule
Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets specified standards and schematics
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution
Manage project documentation using construction management software such as ProCore.
Assist in budgeting processes to ensure resource allocation aligns with project scope
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings with on-site personnel
Collaborate with project managers and clients to address issues promptly and maintain clear communication
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction management practices
Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations on construction sites
Experience with budgeting, construction estimating, and resource planning
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and project tracking
Construction-related certifications or licenses are preferred but not required
Carpenter experience, must have skills to complete minor tasks onsite.
