Site Supervisor

to oversee insulation projects, manage crews, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing multiple insulation crews across various job sites. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of insulation installation processes, including batt insulation, spray foam, firestopping, and parkade spray applications. The ideal candidate will ensure project timelines are met, safety protocols are followed, and work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule insulation crews across multiple job sites. Review and interpret construction drawings to ensure proper insulation installation. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Ensure all crew members have up-to-date safety documentation and training. Communicate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues. Troubleshoot and address any site-related challenges in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain inventory of materials and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries. Enforce company policies and safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in insulation installation, including batt insulation, spray foam, firestopping, and parkade spray applications. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance on job sites. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple sites and crews effectively. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Certification in safety training (e.g., Fall Protection, WHMIS) is an asset. Ability to speak Punjabi is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
