Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are completed on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate and manage contractors and laborers to ensure efficient workflow and project progression. Coordinate with builders on schedule dates for project completion Utilize construction management software such as builder trend Read and interpret blueprints, and construction plans to guide project execution. Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and specifications. Collaborate with project managers to provide updates on progress, challenges, and solutions. Attend regular safety meetings and toolbox talks. Must be able to manage more than one site at a time. Must have a drivers license.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong skills in supervising crews Must have minimum 5 years drywall and tool experience Must have appropriate construction attire Familiarity with quality control measures and best practices in construction management. Experience with construction management software such as builder trend. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.54-$45.61 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
