Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and team members.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers to ensure timely project completion. Utilize construction management software such as Jobber for project tracking and reporting. Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction estimates to ensure accurate execution of project plans. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project, including clients, architects, and engineers. Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in construction methods and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong understanding of quality control processes and budgeting practices in construction projects. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills. Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus.
