Site Supervisor

to join our team and help us deliver beautiful homes on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations for multiple residential projects Coordinate trades, suppliers, and deliveries to maintain schedule and quality standards Conduct daily site walks, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and workmanship meet company expectations Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and change orders Communicate effectively with homeowners, project managers, and office staff Track progress, resolve issues, and report on schedule and cost impacts Verify completion of key milestones and prepare homes for client walkthroughs and possession Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with NB building codes

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of residential construction experience (site supervisor or foreman role preferred) Strong knowledge of framing, finishing, building codes, and construction sequencing Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Comfortable using technology (JobTread or similar project-management software is an asset) Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
