We are currently looking to expand our team and are recruiting for a Project Manager/Site Supervisor.

Position:

Site Supervisor (Full-Time) $40-50/hr

:

DW Builders is currently seeking an experienced hands-on Site Supervisor with extensive mechanical and electrical background for a large commercial project. You will have a minimum of five years experience in large commercial construction.

Responsibilities

Management/Supervision of multiple employees and trades on a large construction site Ensure high quality organization, planning and control standards Identify and manage potential risks that may impact project Collaborate effectively with Management team, Consultants, subtrades and stakeholders to execute comprehensive schedule and ensure timelines are met
Assets for your Application:

Strong verbal and written communication skills Comprehensive knowledge of construction process Mechanical and Electrical background Red Seal Carpentry Trade Certification Highly organized and strong attention to detail Advanced computer skills Excellent leadership skills
