We're seeking a
qualified and experienced Site Supervisor
to manage day-to-day site operations. You'll coordinate trades, maintain schedules, ensure safety compliance, and communicate directly with clients and project managers to deliver high-quality results on time and on budget.Key Responsibilities
Lead daily on-site operations across multiple renovation projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries. Enforce OHSA and company safety standards. Conduct daily site inspections and report progress to the Project Manager. Manage and update project timelines and milestones. Track materials, changes, and quality issues. Maintain communication with clients and ensure a clean, professional site. Support the closeout process, including deficiency correction and final walkthroughs.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with legal basement apartments, garden suites, or ADUs. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Buildertrend, or similar software. Multi-language communication skills (asset, not required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
