Overview


We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from Drywall stage to completion.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard management software. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with various teams, manage resources, and uphold safety and quality protocols across all phases of construction.

Duties



Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to stay on track Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents for accurate execution of work Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on project timelines

Requirements



Proven supervising experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction management practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively Knowledge of quality control procedures, budgeting processes, and construction estimating techniques Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction sites Construction-related certifications or licenses are preferred but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
