The Opportunity

As Site Supervisor, you'll be the on-the-ground leader for multiple high-end and multiplex projects within a designated quadrant of the city. You'll be responsible for ensuring every detail, from permits to finishes, is executed flawlessly. This is a dynamic role for an individual who excels in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading daily site operations across several luxury custom homes and multi-family builds. Proactively planning schedules, permits, and trade coordination to keep projects on track. Reviewing architectural and engineering drawings, resolving issues before they impact progress. Enforcing strict quality standards, especially for high-end finishes and custom details. Managing inspections, permits, and compliance with local building codes. Building strong relationships with trades, motivating teams, and keeping priorities aligned. Monitoring budgets and timelines, flagging any site-level decisions that affect cost or delivery. Communicating clearly with clients, designers, and internal teams. Mentoring junior staff and contributing to the growth of our internal talent.

What You Bring to the Role

7+ years of residential construction experience, including custom homes and multi-family projects. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, structural systems, and permitting. Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and specifications. Proactive scheduling and planning skills. Proven leadership and accountability with trades and subcontractors. Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously. Comfort with project management software and digital site tools.
