Job Overview

Innovation Plus is a well established, small scale, highly custom residential home builder / renovator. The site supervisor will work closely with the project manager and ensure the timely, high quality delivery of custom residential projects.

This position is based in Edmonton and surrounding areas.

The site supervisor is responsible for all on site activities of 3-5 projects at one time. The projects are all highly custom in nature and require keen attention to detail and commitment to high quality work. Our emphasis is on providing an exceedingly high quality product.

Duties

Working with our trade partners and employees to coordinate all on site activities

Implementing the project scope and updating project schedules

Monitoring the quality and timely completion of tasks

Providing regular updates to the project team and clients

Maintaining the cleanliness of each project

Ensuring a safe working environment

Qualifications

Site Supervisor experience in construction projects (residential)

Strong communication and time management skills

Strong understanding of construction practices, codes, and regulations.

Ability to work independently without significant oversight.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Valid driver's license. Clean driving record is considered an asset.

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
